Complete the work and energy Practice sheet  that is attached and turn it in before your test on Thursday Feb. 19th.
It will be a good practice exercise. if you can do these problems you will be all set for the content on the test!

Friction Extra Credit Exercise
Mr. Groh attaches a rope to a box of Kittens and pulls with a force of 90.0 N at an angle of 30 degrees above the horizontal. The coefficient of kinetic friction is .500. Find the acceleration of the box of kittens.
Complete all work for the problem showing ALL work including formulas and Free body diagrams and submit to Mr. Groh by Wednesday Jan28.

Rube Goldberg Project
It is that time!
Demonstrate that you understand the energy forms and transformations between states and form of energy by completing the Rube Project.

The Rube Grading rubric can be found here. Be sure to use the proper rubric for if you are making a theoretical or an actual rube.

Rubes are due on Thursday January 8, 2015.
We will be presenting them in class on that day.
